1For the chicken: drizzle the chicken chunks with the olive oil, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2For the sauce: Mix together the soy sauce, raw honey, sriracha, sambal chili paste, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 clove minced garlic. Set aside.
3For the green beans: blanch or steam for 3 minutes.
4To assemble: heat 1T olive oil in a wok and sauté the chicken until brown. Remove from wok, then add the green beans. Sauté the green beans with salt, pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 clove minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Remove from wok, then add the chicken back with the sauce. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then spoon on top of green beans. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
