Roasted Garlic Hightower Sliders

Good things come in small packages, and they’re even better when they’re not exactly tiny. These mini burgers are tall in stature and big in flavor thanks to several cloves of roasted garlic. Serve with your choice of garnish (we used cheese, caramelized onions and tomatoes).
- Yields: 4 Burgers
1In a large bowl, combine the beef, roasted garlic breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, soy sauce, seasoned salt, steak seasoning, salt, and pepper, using your hands to mix well. Add more breadcrumbs if needed to make the mixture less soggy. Divide the meat mixture into eight equal portions and form into patties.
2Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook the patties to desired doneness, between 3-5 minutes per side. Place patties onto sweet rolls and garnish to serve.
